Returns

Because our products are printed on demand by Lulu, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or printing error.

 

Damaged or Defective Items


If your item arrives damaged or with a printing error:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  3. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products with no defects.

  • Items damaged after delivery.

  • Orders where the wrong shipping address was provided.

 

Late or Missing Refunds


If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
