Returns Because our guided journals are custom-printed on demand specifically for your order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse. All sales are final unless there is a physical defect or printing error.
Damaged or Defective Items We are committed to delivering a perfect heirloom. If your item arrives damaged or with a printing error:

Contact us at support@timelesstiesjournals.com within 14 days of delivery.

Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage or misprint.

Once verified, we will immediately arrange a replacement journal at no additional cost to you, or issue a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items

Products with no defects or printing errors.

Items damaged by the user after successful delivery.

Orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.
Late or Missing Refunds If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
