Order Processing & Production Every Timeless Ties journal is custom-printed on demand to ensure the highest quality. Because of this, orders require a production period before they are shipped.

  • Production Time: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your softcover journals to be printed and bound.

  • During peak holiday seasons, production may take up to 7 business days.

  • You will receive a digital confirmation with access to your digital bonuses immediately upon purchase, while your physical journals are being produced.

Estimated Shipping Times Once production is complete, your order will be dispatched from our printing partner's facilities. Estimated transit times are as follows:

  • United States & Canada: 5 to 10 business days

  • United Kingdom: 2 to 5 business days

  • European Union: 3 to 7 business days

     

  • Rest of World: 7 to 21 business days

Note: Shipping times are estimates provided by the carriers and do not include the initial 3–5 day production window. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your physical bundle ships.
